Student Application
New students planing to attend Barber College must complete this form and bring it to the school of their choosing.
Exam Application
Board of Barber Examiners must receive the exam application and fee no less than 15 days prior to the testing date.
Instructor Exam Application
Board of Barber Examiners must receive the exam application and fee no less than 15 days prior to the testing date.
Foreign Reciprocity Application
If you practice barbering in another country and plan on continuing the trade here in ND you must complete the foreign reciprocity Application and submit it to the Board of Barber Examiners. You will also have to pass the written and practical exam to obtain your ND Master Barber License prior to practicing your trade.
Reciprocity Application
If you are currently barbering in another state and plan on relocating to ND you must fill out the reciprocity agreement to obtain your ND Master Barber License.
New Shop Inspection
New shops and shops relocating to a new location must be inspected prior to opening.
Military Spouse Waiver Application
The ND Board of Barber Examiners can provide a barber license to spouses of those who in the military. To complete request you must complete the (1) Military Spouse Waiver Application, (2) Reciprocity Application. All required documents listed on the form must be provided.
