APPLICATION FOR NEW BARBER SHOP INSPECTION

Please give the board advance notice for your new shop inspection. All board members are full-time working barbers and need to adjust their schedules to do new shop inspections. "$100 fee needs to be paid by mail to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Board before a Barber Examiner will inspect their new shop."

    APPLICATION FOR INSTRUCTOR EXAM

    You must have been barbering fulltime for a period of at least five years to apply for an Instructors License.

    Fee: $100 Exam Fee / $25 Yearly License Fee

       
       

      MILITARY SPOUSE WAIVER APPLICATION

      You must submit two application forms. Submit the Military Spouse Waiver Application and the Application for Reciprocity.

         

        APPLICATION FORM FOR RECIPROCITY

        Provide copies of all required documents. Contact your state barber board and have them submit a certification letter.
